- Please note : The C12 PC has a reset function. If the cutter has been mis-aligned on the copper pipe or had the copper pipe inserted incorrectly, it may not detect the tube size e.g. free spin or be out of balance. Therefore it will need to be reset. Resetting can be done by removing the 12 volt battery from the tube cutter and waiting 5 - 10 seconds and then reinserting the battery.
